Lepta is moving forward. World over billions are spent on recreational activities. This is not bad yet many turn to drugs, alcohol, sex, etc as a source of recreation. The industry through music and movies seems to be moving more and more towards this direction glorifying immorality and violence. We believe that recreational activities can be used to bring about a re - creation; it can bring hope, joy, laughter , etc. Lepta has set out to use arts in areas such as music, dance, design, etc to recreate the lives of people in and outside Mathare.
